pressing of the
key prompts for the number.
Note: To use the speed dial buttons, they must first be ena-
bled and configured in "Settings" "Call settings"
"Speed dial". This is only possible in the "Advanced" us-
er setting. The number of the answer machine is
prompted for automatically after prolonged pressing of
the
 button (if it is not already stored).
Dialling from contacts
Pressing the button when the phone is in standby accesses
the contact list and displays the first entry. The and arrow
buttons enable you to scroll up and down.
If one of the digit buttons is pressed several times in quick succes-
sion, the first entry starting with that particular letter is displayed.
For example, the  button must be pressed three times in quick
succession to display the first entry beginning with "L".
Pressing the green Dial button opens the Options menu from
where you are able to send a message as well as call a number.
When using two SIM cards, you are asked before dialling which of
the two SIM cards is to be used for dialling.
Tip: When accessing "Contacts" from the Main menu, three
main contacts are available to you for direct dialling in
addition to the contact list.
