Please keep in mind the following:
•
The device is designed to be powered by a ~230V /
50Hz network;
•
The device will properly and safely function only if
placed or installed vertically;
•
Recommended location is about 0.5-1m (1.5-3ft)
from the floor;
•
The ventilation slots of the device (Fig. 3) must always
remain unobstructed.
•
The device is switched ON and OFF by pressing the
ON/OFF switch at the bottom of the device.
•
When starting at room temperature, the device
needs about 20-30 minutes to warm up and reach
full operational capacity;
•
For best results it is recommended to keep the device
on continuously.

9. OPERATION
Prior to switching on the device for the first time, ensure that it is approximately at room
temperature to avoid excess condensation on the PC-element, UV lamp and internal electric
components.
10. CARE AND MAINTENANCE
It is recommended to periodically wipe the outside of
the device with a damp cloth. Never use rubbing
alcohol, acetone or other solvents to clean the device.
When the device is turned off for a long time and/or
stored, it must be put in a place with minimum levels of
dust to prevent dust particles from entering through the
air vents as this will detrimentally affect device
performance.
With continuous operation, the device does not require
any maintenance.
