Data Transfer Options 

The Timedox Silver Plus offers two standard connection options for transferring data. 
Choose your preferred option below and follow the relevant instructions. 

Connection Option 

Requirements 

Network Connection 

(Recommended) 

Available network and Ethernet Port 

USB Connection 

A compatible USB 2.0+ storage device 

Note:

  Choose your connection option before proceeding.

 

Connect via your Network 

1.  Verify that the Ethernet cable is connected to the Time-clock and wall designated ports. 

2.  Press-and-hold 

 to display the main menu. 

3.  Select 

System

 and then select 

Comm

4.  Use the arrows to select the DHCP option and turn it 

to ‘on’, and then press 

 

5.  Remove the power cord from the timeclock for 30 secs, and then replace it. 

6.  Press 

 to power the timeclock back on and repeat steps 2 & 3. 

7.  Find the IP address (and other options) and note down the IP address here:

8.  Download the application named 

OfflineDeviceManager

 from the Timedox support 

page. 

(See Page 1 for intructions on accessing the support page)

 

9.  Luanch the application and enter the password 

‘Timedox’

  

10. Select add Device and follow the screen prompts/ 

Download via the PC 

– USB 

1.  Connect your USB device to the port on the left side of your Time-clock. 

2.  Press-and-hold 

 to display the main menu.  

3.  Select 

Data Mgt.

 and then select 

Download Attlog

4.  Wait for files to be downloaded to the device. 

5.  Connect the USB to the PC.
