6. To prevent the risk of an electric shock:

• Always disconnect the unit from the mains when it is not used! There is a slight

chance of an electric shock due to static voltage Even if the unit is switched off.

• Never use the unit in a situation when it can contact water.
• Never connect the unit to electric mains if its surface is damp (wet).
•  If  you  discover  any  damage  of  the  power  cord,  never  switch  on  the  unit,

but return the unit to an authorized service center of the manufacturer for an

adequate repair.
7. Any electric appliance must always be kept watched, especially if there are

children nearby it. Always watch out for children not to touch the unit by hand.
8. Unplug the power cord from electric mains prior to preventive cleaning of the

unit, including upon a wet dust removal from its surface.

9. To switch off the unit, set the main switch to «O» position (Off). Disconnect

the power cord plug from the outlet. Never pull the power cord and never

disconnect the plug abruptly.
10. Store the unit in a cool or warm place. Do not store the unit in a damp room.
11. The plug must match the standard outlet and enter it without any effort. If the

plug doesn’t enter the outlet or enters it too tightly, turn the plug vertically 180°

and try again. If you still cannot plug it then you need to call for an electrician to

replace the electric outlet. Never use the unit if the plug is not fully connected to

the outlet.
12. If the power cord is damaged, it must be repaired by a skilled specialist.

Never try to repair it on your own. This may harm your health and affect the unit’s

explosion:

• do not place the heater nearby furniture and flammable objects.

14. It is not recommended to use extension cords. If it is still necessary, try to use

the shortest possible extension cord with the wire strand section of the extension

cord not less than the wire strand section of the cord of the fan heater.
Do not use an extension cord for more than one electric appliance at a time.

Circuit overload can result in lighting malfunction, wiring melting and fire.
15. Do not leave the operating unit for a long time without any supervision.
16. Place the unit only vertically on even and dry surfaces.
17. Bad contact between the power cord plug of the heater and an electric

outlet may result in overheating of the plug. If necessary, make sure to replace

IMPORTANT!

If necessary, make sure to parlance old outlets.
Use ~220V/50Hz electric mains to connect the heater.
Make sure that electric appliances are not connected

to the same electric circuit (for example, an extension

cord) used for the heater. Circuit overload may result in

failures of lighting, melting of wiring and fire.

old outlets.
18. Poor contact between the power cord plug of the heater and an electric

outlet may result in overheating of the plug.

19. The heater’s power cord must not be pressed down by furniture or be laid in

places where it can be easily stepped on.
20. Do not use the fan heater in rooms with increased humidity, nearby bath-

it.

additional means of heating.
Make sure to take this information into consideration.
