33. Children between the ages of 3 and 8 may turn on/off the appliance only if it has been
placed or installed in its normal operating position and the children are supervised or
instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand the dangers associated with
it. Children between the ages of 3 and 8 are not allowed to plug in, adjust or clean the
