WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Keep your original purchase invoice duly signed and stamped by the seller. In the event of a claim, the buyer must return the TilChap (keys, battery, charger) to the shop where the purchase
was made, along with the purchase invoice.
Repairs can only be carried out by the point of sale where you have purchased your TilChap, or by an approved agent (contact us at [email protected]). Failure to comply with this clause or
modification of the technical characteristics will automatically void the warranty.
The warranty is refused when the damage is due to:

Lack of maintenance, faulty or incomplete assembly
•
Abnormal use (use with two people, overload, jumps), even for a short time
•
Incorrect settings by the user.
Normal wear and tear of parts such as brake pads, discs, cables, light bulbs, tyres, tubes, etc. are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is not valid for use in competitions.
Warranty period
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.
In addition, we undertake to keep spare parts for 2 years after the TilChap is no longer marketed.
Any period of immobilisation of more than 7 days during the warranty period will extend the warranty by the duration of this period. The warranty does not entitle you to any compensation
in cash or in kind for the immobilisation of the TilChap during the warranty period. In addition, you benefit from the legal guarantee, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. The
warranty and after-sales service are provided by the point of sale where the TilChap was purchased. It will also be able to provide you with all the explanations you may need on the use and
maintenance of your TilChap.
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, failure to observe precautions, or accidents, nor does it cover improper use or commercial use of the Scooter.
Each electronic component is permanently closed. Opening any of these components (battery, screen, motor, controller, etc.) can damage the physical integrity of people or the system.
Opening or modifying a system component will void the TilChap warranty.
The warranty does not cover cracked or broken parts or parts with visible impact marks.

Do not confuse maintenance with warranty. Maintenance checks and adjustments cannot be carried out free of charge under the warranty.
