Remove headrests by 

pushing in plastic tab  

on the base and lifting 

upwards

Tip seat back forward 

by pulling the release 

strap

Push the seat back 

cover between the 

seat belt and the seat.

Make sure to pull the 

release strap through 

the slit in the cover 

that’s there for it. 

Press cover down 

around the headrest 

mounts to tuck the 

edges under them and 

give it a clean, finished 

look

Push the flaps in 

between the seat back 

and bottom.

Tip seat back forward to 

pull the flaps tight and 

secure it to the velcro 

behind the seat.
