MICROWAVE OVEN
AIR FILTRATION FAN
Th
e Allegro Breeze contains a standard
convection microwave (Figure 5-4). All
microwave ranges operate on 120-volt
AC electrical power, supplied either by
the external electrical hookup or by the
onboard electrical generator in the moto-
rhome.
Touch pad controls are used for operat-
ing the convection microwave (i.e. cook-
ing temperature, mode, power level, and
cooking time). For basic operating in-
structions, care, and maintenance for the
proper use of the microwave, please con-
sult the speci
fi
c manual in the Owner’s
Information Package.
In the Allegro Breeze, the “exhaust” or
air-
fi
ltration fan (Figure 5-5) is built into
the microwave and its function is to
fi
lter
the air and exhaust to the outside.
Th
is range hood is equipped with a vent
fan and a light for convenient use.
Th
e
hood should be used whenever any cook-
ing is performed to
fi
lter any airborne
cooking residues and heated air.
Th
e range hood can be used as supple-
mental
fi
ltration of other odors and gases
including tobacco smoke, candle fumes,
and related vapors.
Th
e range hood con-
tains
fi
lters which can be removed and
cleaned or replaced to assure normal op-
eration. Consult the particular owner’s
manual contained in the Owner’s Infor-
mation Package.
