step 3. Attach side panels and partition panels to the top panel
3.1. Insert two wood dowels (H3) into the top inner holes of each side panels (C and D) and partition panels (E and F).
3.2. Secure both side panels (C and D) and partition panels (E and F) to the top panel (A) using eight cam locks (H1).
