ASSEMBLY
HELPFUL HINT: Two people make this assembly much easier.
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Place the eight headless bolts (F) into the four legs (A) with the slotted end of the bolt facing
outward, as illustrated in Figure 1. Tighten using a flat-head screwdriver.
2.
Interlock two stretchers (B) and insert the bolts from one leg through the interlocked stretchers,
as illustrated in Figure 2.
3.
Attach one flat washer (D) and one lock washer (E), and then screw one nut (C) onto each
bolt, as illustrated in Figure 2. Hand-tighten only.
4.
Place the partially assembled base on its side with one stretcher pointed upward. Interlock a
third stretcher with the stretcher pointed upward and insert the bolts from a second leg
through the interlocked stretchers. Repeat Step 3. Hand-tighten only.
5.
Rotate the partially assembled base so that two stretchers are pointing upward. Interlock the
remaining stretcher with the stretchers pointing upward and insert the bolts in the remaining
two legs through the interlocked stretchers. Repeat Step 3. Hand-tighten only.
6.
Stand upright. Follow table top instructions to attach table top to base. Hand-tighten table
top to base. After top is attached, tighten nuts securing stretchers to legs, then tighten the
nuts securing top to base. Do not over-tighten. Do not use electric drill.
Do not use electric drill to tighten hardware.
