Description
The Thorlabs Fiber Coupled Laser Sources provide easy coupling and simple control of laser diode driven fiber
optics. These laser sources are available in three versions: two temperature controlled and one non-temperature
controlled. The Fabry-Perot temperature controlled version (S3FC series) comes equipped with a thermo-electric
cooler to stabilize the output wavelength and comes in three wavelengths: 405 nm, 473 nm, and 520 nm. The
DFB versions contain a 40 dB optical isolator to eliminate frequency jitter due to back-reflections and are available
in 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelengths. The non-temperature controlled Fabry-Perot versions (S1FC series) come
in ten available wavelength choices from 405 nm to 1550 nm with standard single mode fiber or polarization
maintaining fiber output.
