Never open up the
appliance yourself. There
are no fuses or similar
components inside it which
can be changed by the
user.
Important
If you observe any problems with
your washing machine, consult the
indications below.
If they do not help you to solve the
problem, unplug the appliance and
contact the
TECHNICAL
ASSISTANCE SERVICE
.
Possible causes:
Check the door is properly closed.
The washing machine is not plugged into the mains, or
there is no electricity supply.
The Start/Pause button has not been pressed.
If the washing machine door is not properly closed,
F04
will appear on the display.
Possible causes:
The drum blocking screws or transportation screws
have not been removed.
The washing machine is not correctly levelled or it is
not stable.
