Disinfection Methods and Cleaning Recommendations
You have purchased a product made from high quality materials that requires proper care. Long and intensive exposure
to the sun can lead to fading.
The covers cannot be washed separately. Never try to take off the covers! Clean the ThevoMulti with disinfectant wipes.
To clean the hand control, unplug the ThevoMulti first. The hand control can be cleaned with a damp cloth and
standard plastic cleaner.
If the chair is used frequently, such as in inpatient care settings, we recommend using our protective covers.
Warranty Conditions
Thomashilfen guarantees the quality of the delivered product. Highest production standards were applied when
selecting the material and during processing. Your TheoMulti product was subject to a rigorous final inspection.
Thomashilfen offers you a two-year warranty. Please keep all of the receipts for the ThevoMulti in a safe place.
The warranty covers all claims which arise from workmanship and material flaws which impact the chair’s function.
Exceptions include damages as a result of incorrect handling and natural wear.

Tips for Attaching

Pull the cover over the backrest. Make sure the side seam of the cover is placed
directly over the side seam of the backrest. Close the Velcro of the cover at the
bottom of the backrest on the left and right of the metal housing.

Pull the cover over the seating area. Make sure the longer fold of the cover is
on the front of the seat.

Pull the covers over the left (Picture 8) and right sides (Picture 9) of the ThevoMulti.
Make sure the long slits of the cover are each on the inside of the ThevoMulti at the back.
Press the harder, sewn fabric edge located at the upper area of the cover from the
outside between the armrest and side part. The small slits in the cover are for the
bracket of the hand control holder.

Pull the cover over the surface of the footrest.

Attaching the incontinence covers
The set consists of five individual protective covers for the backrest, the seating surface and both side parts of the
ThevoMulti and for the top of the footrest. We recommend using the protective covers particularly if it is used
frequently such as in inpatient care settings.
