Intended Purpose

Intended Use / Application Areas

The Swifty 2 rehab stroller is a class 1 medical device.   
The product can be used at a walking pace indoors and outdoors. The rehab stroller is a reliable mobility device that is 

designed for regular use. Easy adjustment options make transportation safe and secure over short distances. In addition, 

the product has a wide range of accessories for customised adjustments.
The rehab stroller is approved for transporting children in vehicles / disability vehicles in accordance with ISO 7176-19 

and ANSI/RESNA WC-4 - section 19.
Any use that goes above and beyond this does not comply with the intended use.

Indication / Patient Target Group / Intended Users

The product is suitable for transporting older children with significant to complete mobility impairment and functional 

injury to the lower extremities. Furthermore, the rehab stroller is for children with structural and / or functional limita-

tions affecting the head and torso.

Risks Associated with Use and Contraindications 

If used properly, risks can be eliminated during use. There are no known contraindications.

Product Description

Scope of Delivery

Your product is delivered with the standard equipment and comes preassembled. Any accessories ordered along with 

the product are included and have to be assembled subsequently. A copy of the Instructions for Use is enclosed with 

the product.
The Allen key which comes with the product is needed to adjust and tighten the footrest.

Putting into Service

•  Carefully remove the transport protection and the packaging.
•  Keep the packaging material and small parts out of the reach of children to prevent swallowing or choking.
•  The product is delivered folded. Note the remarks for folding found in the section on adjustment options. 

Teaching the User 

The user is taught how to use this device by trained staff who will reference these Instructions for Use.
