Removing the brushes (for example to clean the brushes):
Remove the brushes by turning them counter clockwise and pulling them off the fixture.
4.3 Adjustments of the glass polishing machine
The main switch for on/off operation has the following adjustments:
Pos. O = machine is turned off
Pos. I
= machine is turned on (the brushes rotate)
4.4 Adjustments of the glass polishing machine
Remove the inserted protective plugs (picture 2).
The brushes are equipped with a colored identification mark for easy mounting
(picture 3). These colored identification marks are also found on top of each brush
fixture (picture 4). Insert the brushes onto each fixture according to the color
identification mark and secure the brushes by slightly turning them clockwise
(picture 5-7).
Do not dispose the inserted protective plugs as they can be used for washing
the brushes (see chapter 5.2
Washing the brushes
).
