Loosen the two thumbscrews of the lamp cover, which are marked in the figure above

by ‘B’.

Lift the lamp cover.

6.

Loosen the two knurled nuts on the old Illuminant and remove the old Illuminant from

the socket carefully.

7.

Loosen the two knurled nuts on the new Illuminant to the point that the lamp fits into

the recesses of the socket (marked by ‘C’ in the figure above)
