E001
Dust bin or fan doesn’t work
properly.
Please check the installation of the dust
bin and fan module.
E002
The central brushes don’t
work properly.
Please remove and clean the central
brushes and check their installation.
E003
Cliff sensor failure.
Wipe off the cliff sensors with a dry cloth
to remove dirt.
E004
The battery power is low.
Please fully charge the robot.
E005
The left wheel doesn’t work
properly.
Please check the left wheel for any
obstruction.
E006
The right wheel doesn’t work
properly.
Please check the left wheel for any
obstruction.
6.2 Analysis of Common Problems/Solutions

Solution
The robot can’t be started.
Please confirm that the power switch is turned on
The track/cleaning route is
abnormal.
Wipe off the cliff sensors with a dry cloth. If the mop
has been installed, please confirm it is correctly in

stalled.
Turn the power off and on to restart the robot.
Suction Power is weakened.
Please clean the suction inlet.
Please empty the dust bin.
Please clean the filter.
The robot is noisy.
Please confirm the dust bin is installed correctly.
Please confirm the fan module is installed correctly.
Please confirm the filter is installed correctly.
Please remove and clean the central brushes.
The remote controller does not
respond.
Please replace the batteries and check they are
installed correctly.
Make sure the remote is with the 12 meter range.
The robot does not recharge
automatically.
Please confirm the charging base is plugged in.
Please remove any objects around the charging base.
Please wipe the charging base contact pieces with a
soft dry cloth.
The power turns off
automatically.
The robot has an energy-saving function so will turn
off when not being used.
If the robot is not operated within 3 minutes of turning
on the power, the robot will turn off automatically and
enter energy-saving mode.
NOTE: If the problems still can’t be solved with the methods above please perform the
operations below:
1. Turn off the power switch, then restart the robot.
2. If the problems still exist after restarting. Please contact our customer service center.
