The non-recirculating water cooling tank should be drained
and rinsed out every six months. Do not clean the tank when
the sterilizer is in operation.
Using the optional overflow tube (supplied), push the connec-
tor fitting into the drain connection at the bottom of the tank to
empty it.
Remove the drain tube when the tank is empty, and rinse the
tank with a solution of household bleach (3/4 cup) and dis-
tilled or deionized water (1 gal.). Drain solution and rinse
with distilled or deionized water before refilling.
Refill the tank with clean distilled or deionized water to put the
system back in service.
