General Settings
Use this tab to specify one or more network paths for exporting acquired data when an
Ethernet cable is used to connect the instrument to an active network wall jack. Network
paths defined here will appear in the Export Data list box when exporting data, from both the

after you complete a measurement.
These options are available:
Auto-naming
Assign sample names automatically using base name followed by
unique number starting with “1.” Uses default (“Sample”) or
user-specified base name. For details, see
Use cuvette
Select cuvette sampling mode (available for NanoDrop One
C
instrument model only). When selected, these additional
options are available:
Pathlength
: Enter cuvette
(width) before taking
blank or sample measurements with cuvettes (see cuvette
manufacturer for cuvette specifications)
Stir Speed
: If using automatic stirring, drop micro-stir bead
into sample cuvette and set Stir Speed (levels 1 through 9
correspond with range from 10 RPM to 850 RPM with
controlled ramping from zero)
Heat cuvette to 37 °C
: Select this option if sample cuvettes
require heating. Cuvette heater increases from room
temperature to 37
°
C at rate of 5
°
C/minute.
