Choose installation site that
the instrument can be connected to water supply
and drain.
the distance between wall and rear panel is
approx. 10 - 15 cm.
the water drain has a constant declination, i.e.
the entrance port into the drain system must be
located below the outlet on the instrument.
the mains switch for separating the instrument
from the power supply is accessible any time.
Caution:
It is urgently required that the
water
installation
be performed by a
skilled
person

Microm International GmbH is not liable for the
connections between water supply and
instrument. For safety reasons, an aqua stop
device, as it is used for household instruments,
should be installed in addition.
Enclosed drain hose: inner Ø 19 mm,
length: 2,5 m
Caution:
The connection to the drain must not
exceed 2,5 m.
Install the attached hose equipment for the
water feed as well as for DI water as follows:
Connect the feed hose with self-sealing
fastener on the instrument (for the rinsing
stations fig. 3.2 and/or DI water stations fig.
3.24) and on the faucet.
Connect the drain hose on the instrument's
connection piece (fig. 3.1) and on the drain
connection. It is absolutely necessary to note
that the hose is placed with a constant decline
towards the drain.
Note:
The water pressure for the rinsing
stations is set on the pressure
controller (fig. 3.3)
For the version
HMS 740 with DI water
, the water
pressure can be set via the pressure controller
(fig. 3.5).
