The external terminals of the equipment are only required to be connected with
external circuits with the voltages below the limits of 6.3.1 of 61010-1 or 30 V r.m.s.
and 42.4 V peak or 60 VDC and are electrically separated from hazardous live
voltages by reinforced or double insulation.
