IMPORTANT!
A CSV file
contains only the name of the
run module, dye set, and/or
size standard, it does not
contain the settings.
Add the run module, dye set,
and/or size standard to the
instrument by selecting a
PSM file that contains the
items, or by creating the
items manually.
Import CSV fails but import PSM with same
settings imports with no errors
The size standard, dye set, or
run module specified in the
CSV file does not exist on the
instrument.
The CSV file contains the
names only of the size
standard, dye set, or run
module, it does not contain
the settings.
The PSM file contains the
names and settings of the
size standard, dye set, or run
module. The size standard,
dye set, or run module are
automatically created when
the PSM file is imported.
Create the size standard, dye
set, or run module on the
instrument.
When saving a PSM file in Plate Manager (Connect
cloud-based platform), "You do not have edit
permission to the cloud group" message is
displayed
You are saving to a Connect
platform group and you do not
have edit permissions for the
group.
