To connect the solvent lines to the degasser inlets of the Accela pump

1. Insert the color-coded Super Flangeless fitting into the appropriate inlet port

(see

Figure 16

), and then tighten the nut fingertight. Be careful not to cross-thread the

fitting, which can cause solvent leakage.

• For inlet A, use the blue fitting.

• For inlet B, use the yellow fitting.

• For inlet C, use the green fitting.

• For inlet D, use the orange fitting.

2. To complete the installation, route the solvent line through the cutouts along the left side

of each Accela module.

Tip

The Super Flangeless fittings are color coded to match the color-coded solvent

composition graphic in the pump program area of the data system.
