7-1 CCI Command Interface
There are three interfaces: command interface, video interface, and other.

C and 400 KHz clock, subject to
the CCI protocol in the MIPI.
7-1-1 INDEX (Register address)
INDEX is 16-bits based on the principles of MSB first, with high bits at the front
and low addresses at the rear.
