lines for maximum effectiveness and to avoid marring
the surface.

Soapy water, use a soft cloth to dry.

Wipe stainless steel surfaces with mild, luke-
warm, soapy water. Always wipe and dry in
the direction of the stainless steel grain.
Rinse thoroughly.

To remove fingerprints and produce added
shine, use a stainless steel cleaner or condi-
tioner.
¡
Special stainless steel cleaners are available
through Customer Support or at retail stores.
¡
Always remove lime deposits, grease, oil,
starch and egg white stains immediately af-
ter the appliance has cooled down.
¡
Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaners,
which dull the surface. In the event that one
of these products comes into contact with
the oven, immediately clean it using a damp
cloth.
Control panel
Apply glass cleaner to a soft cloth or sponge,
not directly on the control panel.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel-wool pads,
gritty wash cloths or abrasive paper towels.
Oven interior

Warm soapy water or vinegar and water
mixture.
¡
Use the cleaning sponge provided or a soft
dishwashing brush.
¡
If heavily soiled, use an all-purpose cleaner,
such as Simple Green®

. Follow package di-
rections for mixing. Spray on soils, allow to
work for 15 – 30 minutes, then wipe the en-
tire oven cavity with paper towels or a cloth.
Run the steam clean cycle so the cavity is
rinsed thoroughly.

NEVER USE STEEL WOOL OR ABRASIVE
PADS! The oven cavity can rust.
¡
If you use an all-purpose cleaner, do not al-
low the oven light, bulb or door gaskets to
come in contact with the cleaner.
¡
Remove all traces of cleaners used in the
oven cavity by carefully following all instruc-
tions for wiping out the oven and running
rinse cycles. Cleaner residues can bond to
the glass in the oven door. They can also
adversely affect the flavor of foods cooked in
the steam oven.

13.4 Maintenance
Replacing a steam oven light bulb
Your steam oven cavity is equipped with one or more
long-life LED bulbs. The lamp cover cannot be removed.

If an LED bulb or the bulb's glass cover fails, call Cus-
tomer Service.
Replacing a conventional oven light bulb
When the conventional oven light fails you can exchange
the light bulb.
WARNING
Light socket is live when door is open if main power supply
is not turned off.

Turn off main power supply at the service panel before
changing the light bulbs.
WARNING
Make sure the appliance and lights are cool and power to
the appliance has been turned off before replacing the
light bulb(s). Failure to do so could result in electrical
shock or burns.

The lenses must be in place when using the appliance.
▶
The lenses serve to protect the light bulb from breaking.
▶
The lenses are made of glass. Handle carefully to avoid
breaking. Broken glass can cause an injury.
