There is a risk of explosion if the lithium-ion
batteries are handled inappropriately.
There is also a risk of damaging the electronic
components of the Boot Integration System.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND DESCRIPTION
OF FUNCTIONS
The Therm-ic Boot Integration System has four
modes: OFF and LEVELS 1, 2 and 3.
These modes are indicated by a heating speed
indicator light (1.1).
The number of LED flashes displayed indicates
the heating level selected. The heating setting
of the Therm-ic Boot Integration System can
be set to 3 different levels (level 1, level 2 and
level 3) using the control zone, which consists
of a single button (1.2).
The Therm-ic Boot Integration System is off when
the LED heating level indicator light is not lit.
Turning the device ON:
Press and hold down the function button (1.2)
(for approx. 3 seconds) to set the Therm-ic
Boot Integration System to the lowest heating
level. If the button is pressed for more than
6 seconds, the boots will go into lock mode and
switch off.
Changing the heat setting:
Pressing the function button once (for approx.
1 second) will increase the heating setting
(level 1, level 2 or level 3).
> Level 1: 1 flash, low heating setting.
> Level 2: 2 flashes, medium heating setting.
> Level 3: constant light, high heating setting.
If lock mode is activated, you will first need to
unlock the system.
LOCK mode:
If the button is not pressed for 10 seconds, it
will go into lock mode. Pressing the function
button (for approx. 1 second) will unlock the
system. In lock mode the heat level selected is
still active.
Turning the device OFF:
To switch off the Therm-ic Boot Integration
System, press and hold the function button (1.2)
(for 3 seconds, until the heating level indicator
light switches off).
