Operation
Foot-Rests
The foot-rests are applicable for both the
training with or without shoes.
You can easily fix your feet in the foot-rests

.
To do so fix the belt over your foot and press
it to the outside of the foot-rest

.
Before every training make sure that your feet
are in the right position in the foot-rests
1
and
are fixed safely with the belt.
The foot-rests

are easily to remove from the
crank

to change to grips

. To do so take
your foot out of the foot-rest
1
, press with your
hand against the forcing bolt on the lower side
of the foot-rest
1
and pull the foot-rest
1
from
the crank

. Repeat this with the second foot-
rest.
To stick the foot-rest

press the forcing bolt
on the lower side of the foot-rest and lead the
foot-rest
1
slowly until it blocks on the crank

.
Now ease the forcing bolt. The foot-rest
1
must engage distinctly.
Therapy grips
The therapy grips

offer a variety of grip po-
sitions during the training of the upper limp
body.
The therapy grips

are easily to remove from
the crank

to change to foot-rests

. To do so
press with your hand against the forcing bolt
on the lower side of the therapy grips

and
pull the therapy grip

from the crank

. Re-
peat this with the second therapy grip

.
To stick the therapy grips

press the forcing
bolt at the therapy grip

and lead the therapy
grip slowly until it blocks on the crank

. Now
ease the forcing bolt. The therapy grip

must
engage distinctly.
Arm rests
The attachable arm rests

are a useful ad-
dition to offer patients with paralytics, light
spasms or stiffness in the hand-/arm area a
safe hold.
Belts give the necessary hold to the forearms
in the arm rests

You are able to:

put the arm into the attached arm rest

and fix it
or
❑
fix the arm first in the arm rest and then fix
the arm rest to the therapy grip
