If you cannot reach the device via the serial number, it is probably because
your router is unable to resolve the serial number. You can use the user
interface of your router to display all connected devices and their IP
addresses. Please refer to your router manual to see exactly how to do
this.
If accessing the device via the serial number does not work, you do not
know the IP address or you cannot find out the address via your router,
please continue with Section 3.2 in order to find out the IP address of your
TC 649 C.
