OTHER FUNCTIONS

REPEAT CHAPTER/TITLE/TRACK

VOCAL

This function will allow the user to repeat a particular
chapter/title/track. The following sequence will
display on your TV when pressing this button
repeatedly.

For DVD disc:
OFF (It will not display on screen.)

For CDG and CD discs:

OFF

(It will not display on screen)

For Picture CD disc: Shuffle

Random

Single

Repeat One

Repeat All

Repeat Off.

1. This function works for DVD and CD except CDG

and Picture CD discs.

2. For CD, the start and end point of the A-B

selection must be within the same track.

This function only works for DVD.

Since the vocal of different discs such as CDG or CD
are recorded in different ways, this unit provides
VOCAL functions and allows the user to choose the
vocal that is desired. Press the AUDIO button on the
remote control repeatedly and the following will
display the following on your TV screen.

1. This function works for CDG and CD discs.
2. The audio channel of some discs are not recorded

in stereo format or more than two channels such
as 5.1 channel. Using this function on such discs,
will not be of significance.

This function only works for DVD disc.

CHANGING SUBTITLE LANGUAGE

CHANGING AUDIO SOUND TRACK

PLAYBACK FRAME BY FRAME

This function will allow the user to repeat a desired
portion of playback repeatedly. The following is the
sequence, which will appear on your TV screen if A-B
button is pressed repeatedly on your remote control.

Press A-B button on the remote control of your
Singing Machine to select the desired chapter /
channel in the “Repeat Playback” mode in order
for the DVD to start the chapter from the
beginning.
Press A-B button again at the point which is the
end of the desired “Repeat Playback”. “

will appear on the screen and the desired “Repeat
Playback” will start automatically and repeatedly
until A-B button is being pressed again.

As most of the DVD discs are recorded with multi-
language subtitles, our unit provides a SUBTITLE
function, which changes the subtitles; therefore the
user can enjoy the movie in the selected language of
their choice.

Pressing SUBTITLE button repeatedly allows
different subtitle languages to display on screen one
by one as follows:

2. For some discs, subtitle can not be removed.
3. Different discs differ in the language of subtitles.
4. User can choose subtitle by using GO TO button

on the remote control, which will be covered in the
later section.

Similar to subtitle, DVD discs always contain more
than one audio sound track. Therefore the user can
select the sound track as they want by using the
AUDIO function on the remote control.

Pressing the AUDIO button repeatedly will display
different audio modes and

will appear on the TV

screen as shown below:

1. The number of available audio sound tracks differ

from disc to disc.

2. The user can choose audio sound tracks by using

GO TO button on the remote control. This
information will be covered in the later section of
this owner’s manual.

3. For CDG and CD discs, please refer to VOCAL

function.

Repeatedly pressing the STEP button which will allow
the picture to advance forward frame by frame. To
return to normal play, press the play button.
