OPERATION
WARNING
First clear away any stones, wires or other solid objects from where you want to cut.
CHARGING
•
The charging point (8) is located at the rear of the handle.
•
Insert the charger into the charging point of the tool.
•
Plug the BS 3-pin plug into your power source.
•
Charging an empty battery will take up to 3 hours.
TURNING ON & OFF
•
The safety lock button (4) prevents the tool being switched on accidentally. To switch on the tool, you
must first press the safety lock button with your thumb, then pull the ON/OFF trigger (6) upwards to start
up the tool. The blades will now reciprocate
•
Once the tool is up and running, you can release the safety lock button.
•
To turn off the tool, release the ON/OFF trigger. The blades will momentarily continue to reciprocate, after
the ON/OFF trigger has been released before coming to a complete stop.
CHANGING BETWEEN BLADES
Press both blade release buttons, located on the side of the blade housing and lift the blade assembly away
from the main motor housing (1 & 2).
To seat the blade housing, press both blade release buttons and press against the main motor housing, until
seated and then release both blade release buttons (3 & 4)
