IMPORTANT! Do NOT  move  the  pedal  or  the 

resistance band connector cable will be pulled inside 

the machine.

Make sure the bands are securely installed.

Incorrect installation could cause injury during exercise.

Only perform exercise with the same resistance 

band on left and right side.

Open the cover, while pressing the clip

Remove the resistance band

Replace with new resistance band

Follow the same procedure for both left and right pedals.

Follow step 2 in reverse order.

Resistance Bands (Optional)

The product is designed to adjust the 

exercise level with different resitance bands.

The Yellow Resistance Band #1 is included  

installed.

Select the level of resistance by choosing 

the color of band that best fits your fitness 

level. (Red & Purple Sold Separately.)
