Loosen the adjustment knob by turning
counter-clockwise. (About 2 rotations.)
While pulling the adjustment knob,
raise the handlebar up to waist height.
Release the adjustment knob. Move the
handle up or down until you hear it 'click'
into place.
Turn the adjustment knob clockwise to
tighten firmly.
Confirm that the handlebar is firmly
tightened before exercising.
WARM UP, Before Exercising
Light warm-up at the start or during the intervals of exercises can not only loosen the muscles
and prepare for the next exercise, but also prevent injuries and improve the effectiveness of
exercising. After warm-up, please also perform stretching exercises. Stretching exercises
should stretch muscles lightly without forcing them. Please move your hands and feet gently,
rhythmically, and calmly.
COOL DOWN, After Exercising
When the exercise is over, please do the cool down. Cool down means simple exercise and
stretching from 5 minutes to 10 minutes. Stretching exercises should stretch muscles lightly
without forcing them. Please move your hands and feet gently, rhythmically, and calmly.
• Please make sure adjustment knob is firmly tightened before use. If the knob
is not tight the handlebar may fall and cause injury.
• Please do not adjust the height of the handlebar while using the product.
Pedals may move unexpectedly and cause injury.

adjust the handlebar to waist height.

A light warm-up before exercising or even inbetween invervals of exercise can both loosen
the muscles and prepare for the next exercise. It can also prevent injuries and improve the
effectiveness of your workout. After warming-up it is also a good idea to stretch. Stretching
should gently pull the muscles without forcing them. Please move your hands and feet, gently
rhythmically, and calmly.
When you're finished exercising, it's always a good idea to do a cool down. A cool down is 5 to
10 minutes of simple exercises and stretching. Stretching should pull the muscles lightly without
forcing them.
