Additions or revisions
to
the
text
in an existing section will be
identified by a vertical line (revision bar) adjacent
to
the applicable
revised
area
on
the
outer margin of the page.
When technical changes cause unchanged
text to
appear
on a
different
page, a revision
bar will be placed in the
outer
lower
margin of the page, opposite the
page number and date of the
page, providing no other revision
bar appears on the page. These
pages will display the
