helicopters modified in accordance with TB
212-76-12.

Clean area around fuel vent line hole with MEK (C-309)

and remove finish from beam cap.

2.

Inspect each beam cap for hairline cracks using a bright

light. Inspect inboard side of left and right main beams around
fuel vent line that goes through cap extrusion at FS 131.00,
WL 21.50, and BL 14.00. Pay particular attention to first high
shear rivet hole above WL 22.00 at FS 129.00 (
