Maintenance
Tighten all nuts and bolts after every use
Replace the oil on a regular basis. Replace the oil after 50 hours ride or at least
once a year.
Clean the sparking plug; replace the sparking plug if it doesn t work.
The electrode distance shall be between 0,6 mm and 0,7 mm.
Clean the air filter on a regular basis, if you ride in dusty areas the air filter needs to
be cleaned more often and moistured with oil
Replace the fuel filter, if it is dirty.
Clean the oil filter when changing oil
Check all cables and lubricate the cables regularly.
Check and adjust the transmission chain. If the chain is not maintained properly, it
can easily break.
Check the battery and the fuse. An enormous load on the electric system and circuit
often causes broken fuse. Please remember to turn the switch to the OFF position
before you replace the fuse. Check the battery connection and tighten the nut if the
assembling is loose.
