This user's guide describes the general features, theory of operation, hardware setup, and use of the
BQ79606EVM. Throughout this user's guide, the abbreviations
EVM , BQ79606EVM , and the term
evaluation module are synonymous with the BQ79606A-Q1 Evaluation Module , unless otherwise noted.
This EVM is an evaluation board of the BQ79606A-Q1 device for use in large format lithium-ion batteries
that provides monitoring, balancing, and communications.
