7.5 Use
The device is highly configurable via firmware.
A specific function can be assigned to each button.
An example of configuration is the following:
•
keeping the SOS button pressed for an extended amount of time allows the
transmission of a request for assistance to the Operations Centre;
•
pressing the CALL button allows you to "hang up", ending the conversation with
the Operations Centre;
•
the buttons A-I and A-II allow you to, respectively, lower and raise the volume of
the speaker.
Both the RGB LED and the speaker can be used to give visual and audible
indications.
