Description
The Osteo-Comfort is a highly functional
back orthosis, which consists of a spine
reclinator and a circular lumbar orthosis.
It dynamically straightens the body and
thus promotes muscle activation.
Indication
• Stable vertebrate fractures
• Spinal compression fractures
(stable fractures)
• Lumbar instability
• Impression fractures
• Spinal tumors
Contraindication
• Non-compliant patients
Function
• Straightening of the shoulder girdle
• Stabilisation of the spine
• Support of the dorsal and abdominal
muscles
• Combines a spine reclinator with a
circular lumbar orthosis
• Can be put on by the patient
without twisting the upper body
• Closing requires only little strength
thanks to a six-fold pulley system
