Thank you for choosing HL-222H PTC fan heater. This
product offers a choice of 900W or 1800W heating in
winter depending on what is needed to make the room
that is heated comfortably warm or the option of fan-
only air-circulation when necessary. With proper use and
care, as described in this manual, this appliance will give
you many years of useful service.
HL-222H PTC is equipped with a ceramic heating
element. It is a heating element with Positive
Temperature Coefficient. It is made of surface-metallized
ceramic material and has self-adjusting temperature-
current characteristics. The ceramic heating element has
two heat emission principles that work simultaneously:
powerful infrared radiation and convective heat transfer.
The surrounding walls, furniture and objects are heated
up by the infrared radiation and they on their part give
off heat to the interior of the room. These appliances are
economical due to the thermal properties of ceramics
that allow change of strength of materials when
ambient temperature changes. This allows variations
of current strength going through the material for the
purpose of maintaining the temperature set in advance.
