Missing parts
If you are missing any fixtures or fittings for your product

Faulty product
If you have a fault with your product please contact our

If you have had the product for 30 days or less you may
be offered a replacement, refund or for a fully trained
home service technician to visit your home to assess the
fault and repair the product where possible.
If you have had the product for more than 30 days we
may send an independent home service technician to
review and repair product where possible and recom-
mend further action.

Member of The Furniture Ombudsman. This means that
if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase - and we
haven’t managed to resolve the problem - you can
contact them to look into it for you. By signing up to The
Furniture Ombudsman Code of Practice we promise to
follow their decisions - ensuring that you get a fair deal.
This means that you can buy in complete confidence
when selecting your furniture from Tesco.
