Confirm that the mains voltage on the rating plate on the unit
is correct for your area.
Remove the jug, filter and filter holder.
Wash these items and the measuring spoon in warm soapy
water, rinse well with clear warm water and allow to dry.
Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
Reassemble the unit.

OPERATION
To remove the filter:
Open the lid.
•
Holding the tab (arrowed), lift out the filter holder with
•
the filter inside.
To replace the Filter:
Place the filter holder in the machine with the tab to the

rear right hand side as shown.

will not close.
Before using the Coffee maker for the first time:
The water tank has graduated levels corresponding to the
number of cups your coffee maker can brew. Fill the tank with
fresh tap water up to the “10” (MAX) mark. Do NOT overfill.
Close the tank lid. Ensure it locks into place.
Place the jug centrally on the hotplate. The spring valve in the
filter holder should engage with the aperture in the jug lid.
Press the Mains ON/OFF Button. The switch will light up showing
the unit is operational.
The water will now percolate through the filter and into the jug.
When the brewing cycle is complete (no more water entering
the jug), switch the machine off and empty the jug. Carry out 2
or 3 full cycles and then switch off the machine.
