Operation
Connecting power
•
Connect the power cable to a convenient power outlet.
The oven will beep and 0:00 will be displayed.
The oven may be left connected to mains power in regular use.
Disconnect the power cord if you are leaving it unattended for
longer periods such as holidays.
Setting the clock
The clock is 24 hour format.
•
Press ‘Clock’.
The first digit will flash.
•
Use the number keypad to enter a four digit time.
•
When you have entered all four digits, press ‘Clock’.
The set time will be saved.
NOTE: If you disconnect mains power the time will be reset.
Follow the instructions above to re-set the time.
Kitchen timer
The clock includes a kitchen timer. The timer can be used when
the microwave is not cooking
•
Press ‘Kitchen Timer’.
The oven will beep and 00:00 will be displayed.
•
Use the number keypad to enter the time you want.
•
When you have entered all four digits, press ‘START / + 30 SEC ’.
The timer will start to count down.
When the set time expires, the oven will beep five times.
Placing food in the microwave
•
Prepare the food you want to cook.
If cooking prepared food from a supermarket, always follow the
manufacturer’s cooking instructions carefully, particularly with
regard to the packaging.
If cooking fresh food, prepare the food and place it in a suitable
container.
•
Press the Door Release button to open the door.
•
Place the food container centrally on the turntable.
•
Close the door.

microwave to cook the food.
