5.1
High Vacuum Mode
In high vacuum mode, it is possible to investigate both conductive and non-conductive
samples; however non-conductive samples require previous metal coating (Cr, Au, Au-Pd,
Pt). All displaying modes are available.
5.2
Medium Vacuum Mode
In the medium vacuum mode - up to 150 Pa, it is possible to examine samples using all the
displaying modes, because the differential pumping aperture is located in the upper
position.
