Error indications in the display
When you find the following indications, follow the troubleshooting and start measurement again.
Never take decisions on your treatment that are based on error indications.

Test TIP is inserted at an angle (not
straight), or Test TIP is not fully

Push the Test TIP firmly and correctly onto the
Meter before drawing up the blood

Used Test TIP is attached on the
meter.
When blood is on the Test TIP, replace the Test
TIP with a new one and take measurement
again.
Clean the measuring window with a cotton
swab. Replace the Test TIP with a new one and
take measurement again.

Remove the Test TIP and check the measuring
window.
If it is clean, the indication will disappear. When
the indication disappears, attach the TIP and take
measurement.

If it is dirty, the indication will not disappear. Clean the
measuring window with a cotton swab.
After cleaning, conduct the Meter operation check
process by using the Meter-Check TIP.
