1. Place the scale on a flat and solid floor.
2. Under massage function, long press “ ” key for few
seconds, it will switch the function to weighing.
3. Step on the scale directly, the scale will show and lock
the weight.
Unit Conversion: Under weighing function, unit can be
converted between kg and lb by pressing “M” key.
