Warranty
Terragene
®
S.A. guarantees both the quality of the product
material components and the quality of its manufacturing
process. Should any material or manufacturing faults be
detected within the warranty period, the only obligation of
Terragene
®
S.A. will be product repairing or substitution.
Term

Technical assistance
The warranty period for electronic products marketed by
Terragene
®
will be 1 (one) year from the date of first use of
the product, and may never be extended beyond the product's
useful life -5 (five) years from its manufacture-.
Terragene
®
S.A. shall not be held liable for any loss or damage
that result from the unsuitable use of the equipment, negligence
or user’s full responsibility.
