Reuse of raw materials instead of waste disposal
In order to protect the environment, the old product must not be disposed ofalong
with ordinary household waste but should instead be recycled. Take the oldproduct,
any accessories and packaging to your local recycling station.
Information text for electrical and electronic products
Electrical and electronic equipment contains materials, components andsubstances
that can be harmful to human health and the environment ifdiscarded electrical and
electronic equipment is not handled correctly.
Electrical and electronic equipment is marked with the following crossed-outwheelie
bin symbol. This symbolises that electrical and electronic equipmentmust not be
disposed of as unsorted household waste but must be collectedseparately.
All local authorities have established collection schemes in which electrical ande-
lectronic equipment can be handed in free of charge by local residents atrecycling
stations and other collection points or be picked up directly fromhouseholds. More
information is available from your local refuse collectiondepartment.

SERVICE AND REPAIRSWE
We provide a warranty on our products in accordance with the legal provisionsapp-
licable in each country. Proof of purchase must be presented/submitted.Service and
repairs are offered free of charge within the warranty period inaccordance:
1.
The fault is a design or material fault (excluding normal wear and tear andmisuse).
2.
Repairs have not been attempted by anyone other than Termos own service
workshop.
3.
Non-original spare parts have not been used with the product.
Free-of-charge servicing includes replacement of defective parts and labour.The
product must be taken to the point of sale, which will forward the product tous. We
do not accept repairs or warranty obligations direct from customers.In the event of

The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that the item should be disposed
of separately from household waste. The item should be handed in for recycling in
accordance with local environmental regulations for waste disposal. By sepa-
rating a marked item from household waste, you will help reduce the volume of
waste sent to incinerators or land-fill and minimize any potential negative impact
on human health and the environment.
