RESETTING THE PANEL/BOARD

600/800 series boards

Under the center of the pen tray, locate the ribbon cable, 
power cable & mini ethernet cable. Unplug all 3 cables, wait 
2 minutes then plug the cables back in & let it restart.

When plugging back in watch the pen tray pen slot colors 
blink which indicates power is turning back on.

600 series boards

Soft reboot - Touch the ‘Moon’ button once then hold the ‘Moon’ button till 
panel goes black. Let it run its course.

Hard reboot - On the back left side right next to the power cord there is a 
rocker switch you can switch off. Wait for 2 minutes and switch it back on.
