You have purchased a high-quality grill.
TEPRO GARTEN GmbH provides a
warranty for its products within the frame-
work of its warranty conditions for normal,
recreational and non-commercial use for
a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from
the date of purchase; the warranty applies
to all components and covers defects and
workmanship insufficiencies.
The warranty excludes all parts subject to
wear and tear such as cooking grates.
Any other costs incurred in connection
with a warranty claim, such as required
working time, shipping, freight and
packaging, shall be borne by the buyer.
The distributor reserves the right to bear
any incurred costs or to charge the buyer.
This warranty does not include malfunc-
tion or user difficulties resulting from
willful damage, misuse, modification,
improper use, careless use, wear and
tear, improper assembly or poor mainte-
nance.

product was carefully manufactured and
packaged. Should you nevertheless have
a complaint, our employees will be happy
to assist you.
