EZ Rider 330730 (12--01)

LUBRICATION

STEERING CASTER PIVOT BEARING

The steering caster bearing is located on the

floorplate. Lubricate with Lubriplate EMB grease

(TENNANT part no. 01433--1) every 100 hours.

REAR SQUEEGEE CASTERS

The rear squeegee casters are located on the

back side of the rear squeegee. Lubricate the

pivot point and caster bearing on each squeegee

caster with Lubriplate EMB grease (TENNANT

part no. 01433--1) every 50 hours.

STEERING GEAR CHAIN

The steering gear chain is located directly above

the front tire.

Lubricate with SAE 90 weight gear lubricant every

200 hours of use.
